Hey, I’m Tasanee!
Founder of TasaneeArt
After going through an 8 year long abusive relationship, I began painting to find my voice again.
What began as a way to heal myself became a way to help others heal too.
Because I’m also an architect, I think a lot about how art can change how we feel in the spaces we live in.
I love turning walls and rooms into places that feel peaceful, strong, and full of life.
My art is inspired by nature, culture, and the stories of the Black Diaspora.
Each piece I make is a message of hope
It’s for anyone who’s ever had to rebuild, who believes in beauty after struggle, and who knows that art can make us feel whole again.
